Location: The Shea’s lot on Bay View Ave. ( located between 6 & 8 Bayview Avenue )

• Agenda & proposed budget will be provided via email.

• Masks required for attendance. Please stay home if you are feeling sick.

• Social distancing between households is also required by state law.

• Due to limited space from COVID restrictions, the board asks that only voting members from a household attend this year.

• Per the MSA bylaws, only members in good standing may vote. Only two members per household may vote. Payment of dues necessary to be in good standing.

• Please check in at the registration table.

• Due to inadequate WIFI coverage and technology, there will not be a zoom link.

• Proxy voting is not allowed per the bylaws.
